Service Specialist | Launceston
We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our high performing Launceston team on a permanent, part time basis. which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class insurance and risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
As a Service Specialist you will provide insurance administration support to our brokers. This role is customer focused which includes answering phones, assisting with the end-to-end insurance renewal process, preparation of quotation & placement slips, compiling and submitting reports, correspondence and communicating with insurers/clients.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced, and collaborative environment.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
This position will suit a someone with the following experience:
Strong Customer Service Focus
Organised with excellent time management skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded.
