We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Specialistwho is passionate about Paint and Paint Products with a strong understanding of the Trade market and the requirements of Professional Painters in Southern Tasmania. Our Kingston store is our largest and busiest Paint site so we require a passionate and hard working individual to join our existing and dedicated team.
As a Paint Specialist / Team Member you will:
- Assist both Trade and DIY customers in finding suitable paint products
- Provide expert advice and top-notch Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle diverse tasks each day, offering a degree of variety to your daily work
- Use our various systems to order and process customers purchases
- Merchandise paint stock ensuring products are correctly ticketed and displayed
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in the paint and paint products sector, with professional or trade paint exposure being preferred but not essential
- Good knowledge of paint brands, paint types and associated products
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with the ability to engage and assist a variety of customers from professional painters through to weekend renovators
- Flexibility to handle various responsibilities with enthusiasm, energy, versatility and precision
Availability:
- We are a seven day a week business so candidates must be available to work both weekdays and weekends as required by the store's schedule with rosters allocated well n advance
- We are seeking a full-time person
