To be successful in this role you will have experience with the following:
- Managing customer enquiries efficiently and effectively
- Liaise with the Spare Parts Department for the supply of parts for service work
- Creating and processing service jobs for field technicians
- Other tasks as directed by the Service Support Manager
- Strong computer skills with good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Navision or other ERP system will be highly regarded
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy a challenge, have a proactive positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Effective at problem solving and troubleshooting, with a can-do willing attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with an elevated level of attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
Applicants must currently be resident in Australia and should be either an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights.
Preferably you will reside within a commutable distance to Warriewood on the Northern Beaches.
