Working with the Service Manager, the role of Service Technician plays an important role in the assembly, delivery, and commissioning of new equipment on customer sites, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance for installed units. The Service Technician role provides a critical link with the customer and communicates regularly with engineering and maintenance managers to ensure that equipment is reliable and effective.
While training on new technology may be provided, you're likely to have an electrical, electronic or a mechanical fitting background (with disconnect/reconnect license) and be accustomed to prioritising you work and travelling to various sites. You love the work you do and take pride in the relationships you build and maintain with your customers.
