To be successful you must possess the following:
- Relevant Australian trade qualification and/or experience
- Knowledge of operational characteristics of a variety of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of maintenance requirements of trucks (Mack, Volvo, UD knowledge desirable)
- Punctual and organised
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Provide proof of full unrestricted Australian working rights
- All successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical/police check
Your role:
- Advising and selling motor parts to customers
- Coordinating workshop logistics
- Assisting customers to understand maintenance or repair options
- Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles
- Working collaboratively to perform responsibly and efficiently
- Ensuring tasks are conducted in a safe manner, both for yourself and fellow workers
- Actively engage in problem solving with fellow team members and line managers to solution any issue that may arise
- Responsibly manage time, goods & all equipment
- Ensure all daily work completion documentation is completed in a timely manner
