We are now looking to expand our Australian Life Cycle Management team to support the fleet of double articulated Electric Vehicles that will be supplied to Brisbane. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Technician to support our customer in the diagnostics, service, repair and maintenance of their fleet of Electric Vehicles. In addition, you will find yourself at the forefront of electric vehicle and flash charging technology with the opportunity to assist in establishing the aftersales support and processes for HESS E-Mobility Pty Ltd.

Have a flair for electrical diagnostics and are ready to step into the modern world of electric vehicle technology? Your tasks
- Independent processing and completion of customer aftersales inquiries
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of traction systems of electric buses
- Diagnostic and repair work on 24v electrical systems
- Carry out warranty work, repairs and maintenance support for the customer
- Support the delivery process of new vehicles
- Assist in the establishment of work processes and aftersales support for HESS E-Mobility Pty Ltd
Our requirements
- Cert III in Automotive Electrical Technology
- Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Experience with the service and repair of heavy commercial vehicles
- Further training in automotive diagnostics
- Several years’ experience in the heavy commercial vehicle industry
- Experience with electric vehicle technology- advantageous
- Further training in electric vehicle technology- advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously
- Flexible approach to work to meet customer needs
- Advanced PC Knowledge
- HR licence
