About the role:

A rare opportunity to join our Queensland Service Technicians team. You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of our COMMERCIAL FOOD machines across our broad customer base. Our customers includes major aged and health care sites, hospitals, casinos, sporting arenas, major hotels, and restaurant chains.

We are recruiting multiple roles for various locations including Brisbane & Sunshine Coast

As a HOBART technician you will be required to:

• Attend service calls as per daily allocated job priorities allocated by customer service team
• Carry out quality field service repairs at the customers place of business
• Provide complete technical support and maintenance advise to end users as required
• Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented on service reports
• Liaise with customers explaining the repairs undertaken and completing the customer service experience at the highest level
• Managing of van stock and appearance of company vehicle
• Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Handling of escalations and on-site technical support to relevant department
• Ensure all WHS policies and procedures are adhered to and proactively supported

Skills & Experience:

• An Electrical Licence - Electrical Mechanic/ Electrical Fitter 
• Excellent electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Good communication and interaction skills
• Customer focused 
• Valid Police Check or ability to gain
• Ability to work overtime
• Sufficiently vaccinated for entry into health care sector
• A commitment to attendance and a positive attitude towards WH&S
