SEME Solutions - Leaders in the Australian Security Integrations market is looking for Electronic Security Technicians to join our Service Team.
Your experience in the industry will be enhanced by your exposure to our high-end clients where you will be working as part of a dedicated Service Team on medium to large Integrated Electronic Security Systems for key assets throughout Perth and WA.
We are looking for experienced Electronic Security Technicians to work on a range of different sites throughout WA, attending to:
- Service breakdowns and rectifying faults.
- Carry out general and routine maintenance.
- Minor project/installation works.
- Rostered after hours service calls paid above industry standards.
This role will require someone that is a self-starter with great customer service skills and can work independently where required.
Applicants for this role should have:
- Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of various electronic security equipment and systems:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intruder Detection
- Intercom
- Field experience and ability to service, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic security systems.
- Experience and strong understanding of Commercial, integrated Access Control and IP CCTV systems is preferred. Formal certification is not required for work commencement.
- Understanding of systems inspection, examination, tuning and testing of security equipment and to diagnose faults.
- Advising users of system functionality and training for end users.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies. (Formal and on-the-job System training provided by SEME).
You will be required to have:
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- WA Security Licence (Installer / Consultant).
- Open Registration Cabling Licence.
- Current WA Class C Driving Licence.
- EWP Licences (High Risk – WP) / Working at Heights.
- National Police Clearance.
