Based at our Dudley Park site, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and servicing ultrasonic cleaning/irrigators and washer units used in hospitals, dental clinics, and laboratories
- Direct client interaction, scheduling and conducting annual servicing and validation, troubleshooting, testing, and in-house/on-site servicing
- Providing equipment training and demonstrations for clients directly and during market expos
- Collaborating with our in-house team to ensure spare parts and equipment availability
- Occasional local and interstate travel for service visits (regular but infrequent interstate trips)
- Maintaining accurate service records and specific client documentation, and liaising with clients for sales/repair quotes
- Representing Soniclean® in the market, fostering and maintaining strong, respectful partnerships based on transparency and patient well-being
To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:
- A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and advancing the medical industry for the benefit of patients/end-users
- Technical qualifications in electronics/electrical field or similar, supported by significant experience as a Service Technician, ideally in a medical/white goods field
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to efficiently repair and service electronically intricate equipment
- Superior presentation, communication, and customer service skills
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
