We are expanding our Customer Service department creating an opportunity for a Breakdown & Service Technician. You will work alongside an existing customer service team performing fault finding and servicing duties on Gas, Electric & Biomass Hydronic Heating appliances distributed by Hunt Heating.
Utilising our "in house" Training Academy all specialist product training will be provided. Specialist digital tools such as analysers and manometers are provided.
As you will be dealing directly with residential clients you will take pride in your appearance and have a high standard of communication.
You will be responsible for maintaining efficient communication with the office while in the field.
Essential Requirements:
Relevant VBA Qualifications (Registered) Plumber/Gas Fitter
Full Driving License and Own Hand Tools
Type A Gas Servicing licence/registration compulsory Type B advantageous but not essential
Heating Diagnostic, Fault Finding and Repair Experience preferred but full training available
Red/White Card

Good at problem solving, fault finding and enjoy a challenge
Self-motivated, reliable, punctual and positive attitude
You have excellent written and oral communication
You enjoy dealing with a variety of clients and different work situations
You are well groomed and take pride in your appearance and the tidiness of your company supplied vehicle
You are able to work alone or part of team on projects
