What is the opportunity?
A fantastic opportunity now exists for a Service Technician to join our highly successful Service Team at Lansdale on a Permanent Full Time Basis. The focus of this role is to carry out the maintenance, repairs and testing of equipment including beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.
Role Responsibilities:
- Completing repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
- Preparing clear and concise service records
- Maintaining the company vehicle in a good condition
- Ensuring van inventory is adequate to complete required repairs
- Maintaining a neat and tidy personal presentation at all times
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy
Role Requirements:
- Mechanical or Service Technician background preferred, but not essential
- Field experience preferably within the Healthcare or service-related sector
- A strong desire to achieve a high level of professional customer service
- The ability and desire to understand the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
- A high standard of communication skills
- The ability to work independently, whilst contributing to the team results
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Current and valid Driver’s License
