MAK Industrial Water Solutions is a national water & waste Water Treatment specialist. MAK Water designs & manufactures a wide range of Water Treatment plants, and supports its customers with a network of service teams across Australia.
We are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Water Treatment plants, with a wide range of technologies, and a strong future order book for plants to be installed in Australia and overseas.
THE ROLE
MAK Water are currently looking for a Service Technician for our Karratha operations.
Reporting to the WA Service Team Leader, the core duties include:
- Completing scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance to clients' Water Treatment plants
- Reporting service outcomes
- Take responsibility for service outcomes to improve customer satisfaction
- Assist with system upgrades and improvements
- Participate in Water Treatment plant commissioning
- Limited travel outside of Karratha required
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
The successful application will have:
- Water treatment / plumbing experience
- A valid Australian Driver's License and clean driving record
- Experience working independently
- Strong problem solving capability and technical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and write service reports
A relevant trade qualification (mechanical/plumbing/electrical) will be looked at favourably.
