Power and Water are looking for a Service Transactions Specialist to join our team operating at a high level in the service and market transactions space underpinning the Northern Territory’s water and electricity markets. Understanding B2B gateway operations, service orders, performance reporting, and standing data quality, in alignment with agreed KPI’s and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone with an understanding of operating in a regulated environment related to service and markets transactions, demonstrating leadership skills to guide a team through complex issues and complaints to ensure high quality service. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to provide advice to senior management on the development and improvement of the Service Transactions team, have an understating of project management and the Northen Territory Electricity Market and its regulatory framework.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills are a must, to enable collaborative working relationships with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external.
