Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will provide ongoing leadership, management and delivery of projects and programs that improve communication and engagement and assist the organisation in continually providing excellent customer service.
The Service Unit Manager will effectively engage with residents, businesses, stakeholders and staff, ensuring quality communication and engagement to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a robust and strategic understanding and experience leading an organisation wide communications function in a complex organisation and/or experience developing and implementing an organisation's customer experience strategy. Ideally, this candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
