We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and a results driven Inside Sales Representative and Account Management champion, to join our friendly, fast paced team in Prestons, NSW.
The Role:
Reporting to the NSW Branch Manager the key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- As part of a team, answer all incoming calls in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner.
- Receive and process customer orders via telephone and email.
- Manage end to end Sales process from taking enquiries to quote conversion
- Developing new sales opportunities using cold calls and lead follow-ups
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Upselling products and services
- Serve walk-in customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Manage our existing clientele
- Liaising with internal an external stake holders
- Varying administrative duties as required
- Recommend process improvement plans and optimize sales.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the work of the department.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- A passion for driving Sales and providing customer service
- Results and KPI driven
- predominantly via telephone and email.
- Account Management experience
- High level administrative and organizational skill with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- A bright, positive, and willing nature with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate around web-based e-commerce platforms.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
