OUR ROLE

A key TCloud client is growing and we are seeking some ServiceNow Consultantswho are specialised in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Health & Safety to assist in the design, development, and maintenance of these solutions. In this role you will partner with the client and key stakeholders to:

  • Gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions using the EAM and Health & Safety modules
  • Develop, customize, and configure applications, modules, and key functionalities including forms, workflows, policies, business rules and client scripts
  • Integrate the EAM and Health & Safety applications with other enterprise systems to streamline and automate processes
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key analytics to assist the client in key compliance actions
  • Provide training and support on EAM and Health & Safety functionalities, features, and best practices

ENGAGEMENT TYPE

These roles are available for an initial 6-month contract period, with potential for extension.

LOCATION

These roles operate within a hybrid model, so we are seeking candidates based in Sydney, NSW as there will be a need to attend client site on a regular basis (5 days per fortnight), in addition to offering you the ability to WFH.

ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of work undertaken by this client, candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold an active AGSVA Baseline or higher security clearance.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization and development
  • A ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification is key, plus your CIS certification in in EAM and Health & Safety will be a huge bonus!
  • Demonstrated experience in key ServiceNow modules including Asset Management, Configuration Management, Contract Management, Incident Management, and Health & Safety
  • You’re a proper bona fide techie with experience developing with languages/technologies such as Javascript, HTML/CSS, Angular, JSON, AJAX and bonus points for Java, PowerShell and Jelly
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring/developing integrations, in addition to undertaking SPP activity
  • We like working across the entire SDLC – so if you’ve got experience defining ServiceNow requirements, building solution design documentation, or running functional workshops, it’d be great to know about it
  • We’re a high-trust team that aim to work effectively for our clients – and that means you’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of organisation and time management with the ability to work proactively in a deadline-driven and prioritisation environment where you’ll receive requests from clients and our internal team
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, adapt, engage and develop partnerships at all organisational levels and with various stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management capabilities, with the ability to think laterally and propose solutions.
