Our large government client is seeking an experienced Platform Administrator / Developer (NV1, NV2 or preferably TSPV cleared) based in Canberra ACT. As a ServiceNow Specialist you will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, developing the application including configuration, report development and data migration as well as identify and drive the continual improvement of the ServiceNow platform that supports broader Enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide software configuration and customisation including, but not limited to: custom scripting, workflow administration, report setup, data imports and integration.
- Develop and design application modules, workflows, and Catalog requests to meet business requirements.
- Perform unit testing, provide resolution and support changes to production.
- Work within a small team to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- This position will require the candidate to be flexible and comfortable working within a high tempo environment with often changing deliverables and priorities to meet capability outcomes and requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration in an enterprise environment.
- Experienced in ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, Service Portal and Integration Hub
- Experience with administering and enhancing ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and other modules.
- Experience with JavaScript scripting
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
- ServiceNow Certification is preferred, but not essential.
Location of work: Canberra, ACT
Length of contract: February 2024 – June 2025 with 1x12 month extension option available.
Security Requirements: Due to the nature of this role, you must be an Australian citizen and hold current NV1, NV2 or TSPV (preferred) security clearance.
