About the role
  
As part of the ServiceNow Engineering Team, this role works closely with other ServiceNow Practice teams to convert customer needs into functional solutions. The ServiceNow Engineering team deliver projects and manage technical backlogs. Success in this role is underpinned by a strong technical knowledge and an unwavering commitment to crafting elegant solutions.
  
  • Engage with project teams including customer stakeholders to produce high quality detailed design documentation relevant to the customer requirements and project scope
  • Provide expertise and recommendations to improve existing designs
  • Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow Product and accurately explain core system functionality, module capability, configuration options and the boundaries beyond which customisation is required for specific application suites.
  • Champion new ServiceNow products and features for internal use
  • Recommend ways to drive increased adoption of ServiceNow solutions
  
About you
  
We are looking for someone who is passionate about ServiceNow and the benefits it brings to organisations.
  • Essential: 4+ years in ServiceNow, Strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations
  • Desired Experience : HRSD, ITBM, GRC, SPM
  • Solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS development skills
  • Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Ability to describe in detail ServiceNow applications and how they are used to create solutions that solve common business problems/ objectives
  • Experience in developing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to meet customer requirements end-to-end
  • Experience integrating different platforms and business applications
  • Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.
