As the Engineer you will oversee the configuration and administration of our client's ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of their diverse user base. You'll play a key role in developing and supporting solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes, ultimately enabling their staff to effectively match customers with the products and services they need. Role responsibilities: Identify and address problem areas within our current framework, proposing effective solutions. Develop ServiceNow processes that enhance user access and navigation.
