The Role:
The Department are looking to enhance their Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) capabilities and are looking to implement a new Service Management Platform using Service Now. The department is looking to engage up to 4 specialists for a period of six (6) months, with possible extensions, to assist in developing and transitioning to Service Now.
Primary Duties:
The successful candidate(s) will be required to:
? Work closely with the Project team to ensure all the Project deliverables in scope are defined and met as required.
? Work closely with the project team to ensure all required knowledge transfer and handover to transition for the ongoing management and governance of Service Management processes
? Assist in the operational change as required to implement Service Now
