Your new company
Is looking to bolster its Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, through the implementation of ServiceNow.
Your new role
As a ServiceNow specialist, you'll be required to:
- Work closely with the Project team to ensure all the Project deliverables in scope are defined and met as required.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure all required knowledge transfer and handover to transition to the ongoing management and governance of Service Management processes.
- Assist in the operational change as required to implement ServiceNow
- Assist in documentation management.
- Assisting the Director by working with ITD teams and the business in the activities of integrating with the SIAM services.
- Assisting in co-ordination and alignment between the transition of replacement and disengagement of current arrangements.
- Identify and manage interdependencies with other ICT Sourcing Program activities and initiatives.
- Facilitation and coordination for the provision of division activities to ensure project deliverables are met.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, you'll require the following:
Mandatory
- Experience in multiple disciplines of Service Management
- An understanding of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
- Operational experience in at least 2 Service Management disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office products
- At least 2 years’ experience using and/or implementing ServiceNow
Preferred
- Experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model
- Demonstrated experience in developing requirements, procedures and processes in IT Service Management
