About the Role
A great opportunity exists for a Service Advisor to assist customers with service, warranty, and parts queries in our dealership.
In this role, you will:
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve desired customer outcomes
- Order & receive parts from suppliers.
- Order warranty replacements according to business procedures
- Assist in the submission of warranty claims & follow-ups to achieve desired outcomes for both the business & customers
- Book in & hand over vans for service and repairs
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A good level of computer literacy
- Good Time management skills and flexibility to adapt to various situations and jobs
Experience in, and knowledge of, the RV industry would be highly advantageous.
