Your Opportunity:

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an APAC Healthcare Informatics Service & Solutions Lead to join the Philips team. The service and solutions team across APAC report into this role and you have accountability to drive and establish strategic and operational programs to attain Philips Informatics’ financial, operational and customer satisfaction goals. For the right Talent this role is able to based in a variety of locations within APAC.

Deliverables include:

Regional management and review of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense, service sales, priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.

Responsible for managing all facets of customer retention including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.

Providing analysis of operational processes, escalation procedures and performs training/competence needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer/clients.

Senior and executive liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries. Including reviews warranty claims and development of customer service department procedures.

Higher level leadership and development of APAC team to ensure the efficient operation of the functions.

Act as a direct point of contact for executive escalations

Actively participates and engagement with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Including making final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.

Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.

Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people, ensuring ongoing meeting of budgets and schedules.

Your Team

Reporting to the Head of Service & Commercial Operations APAC, you will lead and work alongside an experienced and enthusiastic team, committed to providing the very best service to our organization and our customers. More broadly you will be working as part of the Philips Healthcare team, and have daily interactions with internal stakeholders from across the business.

You will bring

You will be a Senior Leader with a wealth of expertise and knowledge within IT and Business including an extensive record of accomplishment in People Management, internationally.

Your valuable insight from your extensive experience in variety of Service oriented roles and seen as a industry expert in this field.

Expert level of working knowledge of service methods and financial systems with the ability to influence profit and loss decision-making;

A wealth of knowledge and broad expertise, with the ability to use skills to contribute to development and drive company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

An excellent track record of decision making and leading team to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

Confident and comfortable with frequent interactions with executives and major customers with highly tuned skills in high level negotiations with customers, management to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.

Has complete knowledge of all company products and services and can be tasked with Service/development of new or strategic products.

Qualifications such as Bachelor/Master in Economics and Informatics.
