About the opportunity
The Services Consulting Manager leads a team of consulting professionals, provides domain (product, module, business process, technology) and thought leadership and acts as an interface with delivery. The focus of this position is managing, employee hiring, development and performance of professionals to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and targeted Go Lives, productivity, and utilization while minimizing consultant attrition. Collaborates on practice focus and development. Works closely with Project Managers, Resource Management, and Services Sales to strategize on staffing plans for customer projects and position appropriate consultants for customer engagements.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business, technological and competitive trends
- Has a strong understanding of technical, cost, risk and business implications of potential decisions on other projects and client needs and incorporates these into recommendations
- Ability to form great customer relationships

- Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities accordingly

- Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions

- Prior functional experience with Dayforce HCM would be an asset
- Prior consultative experience with employee data integration or HCM software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- B.A./B.S. in Human Resources, communications, business, computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Typically 6+ years of experience in supervisory levels in business or Human Resources staffing functions
- Experience managing teams of professionals in the consulting environment, with 6+ years of consulting experience desirable
