They require an experienced Services Manager to work on their construction projects here in South Australia.
You will have:
- Experience working as a Services Manager working on building construction projects in Australia
- Previous experience managing plumbing, fire, mechanical and electrical sub- contractors
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong managerial skills and experience with the ability to drive delivery from sub-contractors
Key Responsibilities of the Services Manager:
- Liaising with consultants, architects, sub-contractors & client to ensure a high quality product is delivered
- Daily on-site contractor management
- Develop strategic relationships with external clients, suppliers, and other professionals
- Work autonomously as well as in a team when required
- Manage contractors RFI's and technical submissions
- Minimise non-recoverable costs & ensure budgets & program is adhered to
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with contractual restraints and industry standards
You will be able to demonstrate relevant project delivery experience and sufficient industry experience to prove your capacity to fulfil this role. You will have a positive outlook and a “can-do” attitude and have excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with a broad range of people at all levels maintaining a professional manner.
We don't mind whether you are from a Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulics or ESD background if you can drive a high quality of Design delivery and add value with your strategic thinking.
