About us:
Based in the Support Centre at Milton, the ICT Services Team supports our services and other areas of the Support Centre with their accounts, software, hardware, network and storage needs. Our work in maintaining and improving the technology infrastructure within Lutheran Services means our teams on the ground can focus on their goal of making a positive impact in the communities we are a part of.
About the role:
As the ICT Support Officer:
• Assist with incidents and support requests to resolve issues that may arise across Lutheran Services teams
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with all staff accessing our services
• Contribute to the delivery of ICT services that ensure our community and aged care services are supported to be the best they can be.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with possible extension
About you:
Use your IT industry experience or qualifications to provide technical support and smooth operations of Lutheran Services ICT systems. This role is central to helping our staff use technology efficiently and effectively, allowing their focus to be on delivering quality services to the communities that rely on our support.
