To be successful in this type of role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven ability to build and run a portfolio, and the drive, ambition and motivation to do so.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to build authenticity with both internal referral sources
• A commitment to continuous learning and development, with Fasea qualifications as a minimum.
• Strong commercial acumen, and an understanding of the behaviours required to build a successful book of business.
• Experience within all aspects of financial planning
