This business is a medium sized (3,000 clients) Accounting firm with a well established Financial Planning division, located in Brunswick. The business specialises in building, maintaining and protecting the wealth of their clients and their families. As well as specialising in SMSF's, they provide holistic financial planning advice to a variety of clients, from small business owners and executives, to traditional retail financial planning clients.
This role is pivotal to the ongoing success of the business moving forward. There is already a large portfolio of existing clients to be taken over, but an even larger number of referrals from the Accountants waiting to be serviced. The business is predicted to double in size within 3 years.
This is a very rare and genuine opportunity for you to buy into a well established firm. 10% equity is available within the first 12-18 months, and further equity will be offered when one of the Partners retires in 5 years.
They provide all administration and paraplanning support through their extensive resources located onsite.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Minimum 4 years experience providing face-to-face financial advice to clients
- Passed FASEA exam with a relevant degree
- A focus on due diligence and compliance
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A motivation and passion for financial planning
