Session Coach (Part-Time)

OsteoStrong South Melbourne requires a dynamic individual to join an existing team to provide 1:1 coaching to our health-conscious members. 

OsteoStrong is a fast-growing global wellness brand specialising in bone and muscle density. Our unique system allows individuals of almost any age and level of physical conditioning to improve bone density, strength, and balance; reduce fall & fracture risk; reduce back and joint pain and enhance athletic performance.   We have been featured in LA Times, GQ, and recently New York Times's Best Seller “Life Force” by Tony Robbins. 

We are recruiting an individual to support our existing staff in this thriving centre, 

Are you someone who possesses the following qualities:

• Possesses excellent customer service, problem-solving & communication skills
• Willing & able to complete online and on-the-job training
• Enjoys learning and applying their knowledge about health & wellness
• A team player who is happy to help wherever & however needed
• Experience in membership sales is a plus

• Guide and work closely with members to take them 1:1 through osteogenic loading machines according to OsteoStrong protocols.
• Guide potential new members via Discovery Sessions

Our work environment is team-oriented, caring, and fun.  Previous background, studying, or experience in fitness, health & wellness i.e. Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Allied Health, and Personal Training will be advantageous. We provide extensive training, equipping you with all the skills needed to excel & succeed.  The ideal candidate is interested in training and coaching with cutting-edge technology based on sound scientific principles. 

Currently, we have openings per the following hours - please note that we are growing and, for the right candidate, we are open to reviewing hours that would suit your circumstances:

Friday:          8 am-1 pm
Saturday:     8 am - 12 pm

The successful candidate must be available to attend certification training at our training centre in Hawthorn tentatively March 11-15.  The start date can be agreed upon during the interview.
