Your Responsibilities:
- File Management: Handle files from start to finish with proficiency.
- Balancing: Ensure all accounts are accurately balanced.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct daily follow-ups on files to ensure smooth progress.
- Data Entry: Input necessary information into PEXA, Settsplus, ROL, Landgate and other relevant systems.
- ROL/OSR Management: Manage Requirements Online (ROL) and Office of State Revenue (OSR) tasks.
- Client Liaison: Maintain excellent communication with clients.
- Email Management: Stay on top of email correspondence efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in PEXA, ROL, Setts Plus, Office 365, and document preparation.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in conveyancing. Training will be provided
- Ability to handle a substantial workload.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
