Randstad is partnering with a well known reputable client within the Vehicle Novated Leasing industry based in Adelaide to recruit multiple Settlement Coordinators within an inbound and outbound contact centre environment.
These roles are a mix of customer service, admin, finance, compliance and sales, so we are looking for candidates from various industries such as;
- Contact Centre
- Banking/Finance
- Insurance
- Travel Consultant
- High end retail sales professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and deliver accurate finance and leasing related documents to customers with a high level of accuracy
- Carry out finance loan and lease settlements
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and timely settlement process for novated leases
- Follow up customers and employers on completion of settlement documentation
- Liaise with dealers to ensure vehicles are ready at settlement
- Take 20+ inbound calls on a daily basis
- Submit documents to and liaise with financier to process settlements
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Close to CBD location
