Address Randstad is partnering with a reputable client within the finance industry based in Adelaide to recruit multiple Settlement Coordinators, within an inbound and outbound contact centre environment.
These roles are a mix of customer service, admin, finance, compliance and sales, so we are looking for candidates from various industries such as;
Contact Centre
Banking/Finance
Insurance
Travel Consultant
High end retail sales professionals
This position will suit someone looking for their next challenge with a passion for finance, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high attention to detail. Once you are fully trained and settled into the role you will have the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week!
Key Responsibilities
Generate and deliver accurate finance and leasing related documents to customers with a high level of accuracy
Carry out finance loan and lease settlements
Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and timely settlement process for novated leases
Follow up customers and employers on completion of settlement documentation
Liaise with dealers to ensure vehicles are ready at settlement
Take 20+ inbound calls on a daily basis
Submit documents to and liaise with financier to process settlements
