We are seeking a versatile Sewing Machinist / Clothing Alterations professional who not only possesses exceptional tailoring skills but is also proficient in English and comfortable with customer-facing duties. This role involves performing alterations, handling customer orders, and providing excellent service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a range of Clothing Alterations, with a focus on bridal gowns and occasion wear
• Proficiency in tailoring men's suits is an advantage
• Engage with customers to understand their alteration needs, take orders, and provide assistance both in-person and over the phone
• Operate sewing machines and other equipment efficiently to achieve high-quality results
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their garments fit perfectly and exceed expectations
• Maintain a welcoming and organized shop environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Clothing Alterations
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling customer inquiries, orders, and phone calls
