We are a leader in the manufacture of fabric expansion joints, bellows/vinyl canvas covers for all types of industries.
We require the services of a person that has experience using industrial sewing machines to join our team based in Marrickville NSW.
Duties will include:
- Sewing of fabric expansion joints, bellows and covers
- Measuring laying and cutting fabric materials
- Dispatching orders when necessary
- On occasion, taking telephone calls
You will have:
- Experience in the use of industrial sewing machines, flatbed and post
- machines essential
- Understanding of metric and imperial measurements
- Physical fitness and ability to perform some lifting when required
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
The position would suit a person that has the ability to answer the telephone if necessary and who wants to grow with the company.
Full training will be provided. This is a position that offers a great opportunity for further advancement.
