SharePoint Administrator – 7-month contract – Southwest Syd - $700-$850 + super per day
Your new company
This Government organisation are current seeking a SharePoint Specialist to join the team on a 7-month contract with potential to be extended. They are located in South West Sydney and offer 1-day WFH once settled in the role.
Your new role
As a SharePoint specialist you will have strong experience in Microsoft SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint online. You will hold a formal qualification in SharePoint environments such as SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 365 online. You will have extensive knowledge in managing and administering SharePoint farms, such as management of service applications and web applications. You will be able to demonstrate strong experience in solution deployment, and backup/restore via central administration and PowerShell. You will have excellent communication skills, written and oral and be able to demonstrate collaboration and negotiation skills.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 4 years’ experience as a Microsoft specialist
- Strong experience in SharePoint on prem and online
- Strong Experience with managing and administering SharePoint at a senior level
- Experience integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Teams.
- Strong experience MS 365
- Strong experience managing SharePoint farms
- Knowledge in Windows systems, and PowerShell scripting
- Fantastic communication and documentation skills
