About the OpportunityWe are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sharepoint Administrator to join our growing team. In this newly created role you will be responsible for supporting, managing and maintaining our on -premise and online Sharepoint environments.
Responsibilities include: Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, including user access, permissions, and content management. Perform regular system updates, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure the platform's optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet the specific needs of various teams and departments.
Provide user support and training to ensure that employees can effectively use SharePoint for document collaboration, content management, and team collaboration. Implement and enforce security best practices, including access controls, data protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor system logs and perform security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications as needed to streamline business processes. Create and manage automated workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. Maintain documentation of SharePoint configurations, processes, and procedures.
Generate reports on system usage, performance, and compliance. About YouWe are looking for an experienced Sharepoint Administrator who is at home dealing with a wide range of requests and is comfortable adapting to evolving business needs. Your high level of tenacity when faced with complex challenges will also help you to thrive in this role.
You will also have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in Sharepoint, Onedrive and associated tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Previous experience in an environment supporting 1,000 users across multiple sites.
