The OpportunityThe SharePoint Administrator and Developer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing custom solutions for the Abt's SharePoint environment. 50/50 hybrid spilt.
Core Responsibilities:Specific duties will include but not be limited to:SharePoint Administration
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, site collections, and related services
- Configure and maintain SharePoint security, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint issues, provide technical support, and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines for SharePoint development and administration
SharePoint Development:
- Develop and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using .NET, SharePoint Designer, and other development tools
- Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows, forms, and applications
- Create and maintain SharePoint reports and dashboards using Power BI or other reporting tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and develop solutions to meet business needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies, trends, and best practices
Specific technical competencies and other tasks
- SharePoint Online development and configuration
- Microsoft 365 applications configuration and integration
- Power Automate, PowerApps, Teams, Forms, Power BI
- Operating within a SDLC framework
- Business Analysis
- Reporting & other tasks as directed.
What We Value- Ideally 2-4 years' ICT experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated SharePoint Online development and configuration experience
- Demonstrated Business Analysis experience
- Ability to work in an environment with tight deadlines, and have a high level of initiative and self-motivation
