About the Opportunity
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have exposure to the following accountabilities:
- Invoice processing and raising of purchase order requisitions
- Previous exposure in developing and implementing of policies and procedures
- Previous project administration support
- Exposure to co-ordinating meeting and appointments for managers
- Previous exposure in assisting with expense claims, per diems and credit Card reconciliations
- The ability to communicate and support change implementation where required
- Meeting coordination
About you
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Team orientated with the ability to work with a variety of people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivate self-starter with excellent time management skills
