Job description

  • Exciting opportunity to join SA’s iconic RAA Insurance
  • Full-time permanent position based at Mile End

This exciting opportunity will see you provide support to the Claims department to effectively manage suppliers to their contracts, facilitate relationships with suppliers and all aspects of contract administration from onboarding to offboarding. In addition, you will:

  • Be responsible for the communication and contractual management of Service Providers through the Supplier Management Portal
  • Provide administrative support to Claims Insurance in relation to official notifications, letters and contractual documentation where required.
  • Provide administrative support to Claims Insurance from onboarding to offboarding Suppliers leveraging the existing Procurement Framework including liaison with Legal and Cyber Security.
  • Contribute to effective working partnerships with other key stakeholders through information sharing and by helping to establish an environment of support and no surprises.
  • Assist with the coordination and support for Business Improvements from producing and updating documentation, maintaining project plans and schedules to supporting the facilitation of meetings and room bookings.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration or related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar
  • Ability to organise workloads effectively while maintaining full ownership over work tasks and managing through to completion.
  • Ability to build collaborative and beneficial working relationships with a variety of stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and levels.
  • Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
