SHED SALES CONSULTANT – RANBUILD
TasTech Building Systems, the Accredited Ranbuild Dealer for Southern Tasmania, are currently looking for a Shed Sales Consultant to work at their Rokeby office.
As a successful Shed Sales Consultant with Ranbuild you will be responsible for assisting clients with shed design, providing quotations, and estimating construction costs. With a primary focus on converting leads, generating referrals, building customer relationships, and problem solving.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
- A passion to delivery outstanding customer service.
- Experience within the building / shed industries preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrate strong relationship building skills and real passion for sales.
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence to make decisions and work independently.
- Strong computer skills.
About the role:
- Face to face, telephone, and digital customer service and sales.
- Inbound and outbound calls.
- Participation in regular training and personal development sessions.
- Maintain and foster effective, professional relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Scheduling and attending site meetings with clients.
- General housekeeping activities and administrative tasks.
- Generate and maintain a database of sales leads, including regular follow-up.
- Adherence to workplace safety and other policies.
- Submitting council applications and organising the approvals process.
- Currently our office works 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
