Position Overview:We are currently seeking an unskilled laborer who is eager to learn and develop their skills in the Sheet Metal industry. This is a hands-on apprenticeship opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with metal and is willing to commit to a structured training program. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced Sheet Metal workers to become a skilled professional in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced Sheet Metal workers in various fabrication tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce accurate Sheet Metal products.
- Operate machinery and tools under supervision to fabricate Sheet Metal parts according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and mentors.
- Take initiative to ask questions, seek guidance, and actively participate in the learning process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve quality standards.
