In this role, you'll:
Take on a key role which is geared toward supporting the efficiency of the network. You'll undertake surveillance, analysis and diagnosis of networks and systems while working with local, on-site support to ensure the safe and reliable operation of telecommunication assets
You will prioritise and coordinate a timely and efficient response to relevant failures and incidents on the network with safety and customer service at the heart of your approach.
Your shift (either day or night) will be a varied one that will see you work alongside a shift partner to monitor system alerts, dispatch field staff to issues, be involved with planned outages, carry out associated administration, and more.
This is a permanent, fulltime role that is predominantly based in the office. You'll work with a good team in a supportive environment that also offers some growth opportunities.

About you
You're someone who knows how to prioritise work with strong skills in communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and customer service.
You're also a team player with proven experience in a response-focused telecommunications environment.
In addition to the skills, attributes and experience, the person we are looking for must have a tertiary qualification (min Cert IV) in Telecommunications / IT / electronics / electrical engineering.
