Open seven days for breakfast and lunch and offering special evening dining events. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled hospitality professional who is a great communicator and exhibits a positive and friendly manner. You will lead the team and manage the venue operations on weekends (select weekends will be rostered off) and work alongside the management team in curating special events and Functions with a focus on developing and growing the business. Midweek days and hours are flexible.

As part of this role your responsibilities will be:
- Daily management of operational aspects of the venue and guest services
- Staff leadership
- Recruitment and training of FOH staff
- Rostering
- Management of functions and events
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Daily reporting
- Competent in POS and restaurant systems
