We have an amazing opportunity for a hands on Shipping Administrator to join our team for a 6month contract.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Create Internal Costing records for all incoming international shipments.
- Compile and review Import Documentation to ensure accuracy and smooth clearance process.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure accuracy of receivals
- Prepare M3CE delivery notes for receipt of international shipments.
- Manage International Inbox
- Import document management
- Backup Shipping team as workload changes.
- Other tasks as directed.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within the FMCG industry is desirable
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly with excel
- The ability to identify and resolve errors
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure
- A can-do, team-focused attitude is essential for success
- Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills
