Shipwright, Boat Builder, Spray Painter

Finesse Marine is seeking a candidate to join our team.

Located at the Mackay Harbour the business is ever growing and requires a skilled individual to help us serve the needs of the community.

Applicants should have the skills to assist us in providing services such as spray painting and fairing, fibreglassing, construction, refit and day to day duties in general maintenance to vessels.

Automotive Spray Painters are encouraged to apply if you are looking for a change.

Previous experience in leadership roles would be advantageous.

We are offering full time positions or contract with excellent rates.

Applicants with the following attributes will be considered:

• Experience in all areas of luxury boat building / repairs and maintenance.
• An eye for detail.
• Spray painting solids, clears and base coats.
• Time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Job scoping, management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work within a team or independently.
• Current drivers' licence.
