Suitable candidates must have retail and management experience to potentially be moved into a higher position as Shop Supervisor.
Working hours: Monday – Saturday (must be available to work weekends)

Salary: Starting from $31.67 per hour
Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with proven management experience? We are currently seeking a dynamic Shop Retail Assistant to join our team at our Laverton North location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Proven ability to manage and oversee day-to-day shop operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized shop floor, inlcuding manually moving up to 20kg boxes
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in a retail management role
- Availability for Monday - Friday work with occasional weekends
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Successful completion of a physical check
- Must have food industry experience
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 25kgs
