YOUR ROLE
- Point of Sale Development: develop a range of innovative POS concepts aligned with brand objectives and customer needs to deliver outstanding execution of Henkel Consumer Brands.
- Brief and manage the creative Shopper Marketing assets that are true to brand identity and impactful to drive conversion at the point of purchase. Ensure projects are monitored and delivered on time.
- Go-To-Market Excellence: Support the Shopper Marketing Manager by developing and analysing annual plans for all retail activations across ANZ.
- Leverage Shopper Deep Dive insights to integrate into new POSM materials (particularly new bins/hangsells/trays).
- Raise POs for the ANZ category and shopper budgets.
- Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams including by not limited to sales, category, marketing, finance and supply chain.
- Gain approvals from R&D on product claims and legal on competitions T&C.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a business-related discipline.
- 1-2 years' experience in FMCG environment.
- Strong collaboration and time management skills.
- Strong communication, prioritisation & presentation skills.
- Good relationship building.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
