SalaryOur dynamic client in who specializes in a Japanese brand is seeking an experienced Showroom Floor Manager (Assistant Vehicle Manager) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Floor Managers are accountable for the profitable retailing of new vehicles while ensuring the Customer experience is achieved / exceeded and GSI targets are met and maintained.
General Duties
- To represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
- Greet each customer as they enter the showroom.
- Check in with the customer and sales consultant throughout the sales process.
- Maintaining a high knowledge level about Toyota vehicles and products.
- Collect relevant and required consumer contact data.
- Service all allocated sales inquiries in a prompt and effective manner.
- Follow up all customers that leave without purchasing within the next business day.
- Maintain regular dialogue with all unsold customers.
- Enter all customer dialogue into dealer socket and ensure sales consultants are following this same process.
Working hours: 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday / 8.30am to 5pm on Saturday with one day off per week.
Salary on offer $60 000 plus super, Commission and company car.
