The effective management and operation of the hotel whilst on duty, ensuring that guest service is the focus in all outlets.Talent ProfileResponsibilities Include:
- Handle all Guest enquiries and concerns in an efficient manner with the aim of satisfying the guest before they leave the outlet, ensuring prompt follow up to resolve any issues when required.
- Maintain a high presence in the hotel lobby and assist all areas in peak periods as required.
- Provide a sense of welcome, establishing meet and greet procedures for all major arrivals and VIP's.
- Ensure all teams, with key focus on the Concierge team, are aiming to achieve a level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of internal & external customers.
- Ensure that daily reports and logs are up to date.
- Ensure that all Pan Pacific Hotel policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Be fully conversant with all safety, fire and emergency and evacuation procedures so as to ensure safety and well-being of all staff and guests.
- Assisting the Chief Concierge with the development, management and training of the department as well as rostering.
- Possess exceptional knowledge of local attractions, restauraunts, services, travel routes, tours and transportation schedules.
