Reward
- $80,000 - $85,000 base + super
- Uncapped monthly commissions (OTE $130,000 +)

- Drive sales growth by monitoring and mentoring Designers and Showroom Consultants
- Assist Marketing Manager with in store promotions
- Regular reporting on Sales and KPI targets
- Full store level financial management
- Ongoing Sales and Product training
- Prior experience managing a fast-paced high performing team
- Experience within the home improvement or luxury goods space
- Coachable with a desire to learn and assist others
- Strong knowledge of Retail sales processes and B2C sales
- Strong closing ability
- Thrives with working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Minimum 4 years managing people in a Retail setting
- You have a hands-on approach and love interacting with customers
- Embody a creative flair
